C&W Networks, is excited to announce winning the Wholesale Service Provider of the Year Award (CALA) and Service Innovation of the Year Award (CALA) at the annual MEF Excellence Awards, 2016 Dinner. The event is part of the MEF16 global networking conference, held at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, Baltimore, Maryland. C&W Networks was recognized for their leadership in the development and delivery of regional and wholesale Third Network/Carrier Ethernet services, as well as excellence in service innovation, service orchestration, marketing, and network modernization across the Caribbean and Latin America region.
The MEF Excellence Awards program is the largest awards program in the world focused on advanced Carrier Ethernet services and emerging Third Network services powered by CE 2.0, LSO (Lifecycle Service Orchestration), NFV and SDN networking technologies. The judging panel for the MEF Excellence Awards was comprised of global and regional senior analysts from ATLANTIC-ACM, Current Analysis, Frost & Sullivan, IHS Markit, Metanoia, Ovum, SDxCentral, and Vertical Systems, in addition to independent judges.
